The Website in a Day Process
(01) Book Your Design Day
Choose an available day that fits your schedule — one where you can stay loosely connected throughout the process. I’ll be designing in real time, checking in with you for feedback as your site comes to life.
(02) Prepare
After booking, you’ll receive a prep guide that walks you through everything you’ll need — from gathering your content and images to a strategic copywriting guide. You’ll also get access to Copyspark, an AI-powered tool to help you write website content with clarity and ease.
(03) Strategy Call
A few days before your design day, we’ll meet for a one-hour strategy call to make sure I fully understand your goals, audience, and vision. This is where we review your visual inspiration, align creative direction and map out how your new site will best support your business.
(04) Design Day
Your design day starts at 9 AM. I’ll go deep in design mode while keeping you looped in on my progress. By 3pm I’ll present your new website, leaving us with 2 hours for revisions. By 5 PM, we’ll connect your finalized website to your chosen domain and hit publish! In just one day, your site will be ready to share — built with intention, designed to convert, and styled beautifully to match your brand.
(05) Launch & Handoff
By the end of the day, you’ll receive your website, tutorials, and any assets or updates we’ve created together. I’ll make sure you feel confident navigating and updating your site on your own.
(06) Post-Launch Support
Every project includes 2 weeks of light support for any small tweaks or questions that come up after launch. For ongoing help or future updates, custom support plans are always available.

Here’s how it flows:
You book your design day and choose a date.
You complete the prep work and we meet for the strategy call a few days before that date.
On the design day (9 AM to ~4–5 PM), I build and you see your site come together.
By end of day you’ve got your website live and ready to share.

Every project includes light post‑launch support so you can ask questions and make small tweaks. For larger updates or expansions later, I offer ongoing support plans and full website packages (Website in a Week or Ecommerce) that we can discuss at any time.

Before our day together you’ll need to hop on a strategy call with me, gather your images, and write your copy (with help from my copywriting worksheet + Copyspark). These prep steps help us make your day efficient and focused.
