Project Goal

Create a visually sophisticated and thoughtfully structured experience that appeals to a discerning, luxury clientele, while intentionally expanding the brand’s presence to feel inclusive of both men and women. Through intentional storytelling, diverse representation, and a warm, human touch, the site will build trust, highlight expertise, and invite visitors to envision themselves as clients of Camilo Escudero.

Website Strategy

An in-depth analysis into how your website can help achieve business and user goals. I propose a website architecture that will provide a great customer experience and will better reflect your brand’s aesthetics and values.

Design & Development

I thoughtfully design and develop key pages for your website. I code customizations to the Squarespace site in order to create a fully unique experience while keeping the easy user interface for you to manage.

This package includes up to six pages. For your project needs, I would recommend prioritizing the Home, About, Portfolio, Services, Case Studies and Contact pages .

* Maximum number of sections per page is 10.

Training & Support

I provide recorded trainings so you can confidently manage your website moving forward.

I also provide 1 week of post-launch email support.

WEBSITE PRE-REQUISITE

I require clients to have website copy, brand system i.e. colors, typography, logo, and professional photos prior to project kick-off.

ADD ONS

Any additional pages or requirements beyond this scope shall be quoted accordingly. Please note, on-going cost of website i.e. domain, email, Squarespace web hosting are not included in this cost.

Our copywriting services will define your brand’s voice and deliver expertly crafted content across all mediums. We’ll collaboratively explore and establish your unique Brand Voice, ensuring authenticity and resonance in your messaging.

Design and development of an additional web page that seamlessly extends your existing website, maintaining a cohesive look, feel, and user experience.

Image Sourcing

INVESTMENT: $250

Thoughtful sourcing and selection of on-brand imagery to elevate your website’s visual storytelling and ensure consistency across all pages.

Custom Iconography

INVESTMENT: $400

Bespoke icon design tailored to your brand’s style, with one round of revisions included to refine the final illustrations.

AI Widget Integration

INVESTMENT: $800

Integration of an interactive AI-powered widget that allows users to explore different styles and view them from multiple angles directly on your website.

SUBMISSION OF WEBSITE ASSETS

We require website copy and photos to be submitted before moving forward with the Website Phase

WEB STRATEGY

HOMEPAgE DESIGN

Upon receiving the homepage design, you will have the opportunity to submit a round of revisions before we move forward with the website build-out phase.

WEBSITE BUILD-OUT

You will have a second opportunity to submit a round of revisions in response to the built-out website design before the site moves into the launch phase.

Payment Schedule

The total project investment is $4,500, plus any selected add-ons.

To provide flexibility, I offer two payment options:

OPTION 1: PAY IN FULL
$4,500

Payment is due upfront at the time of booking to reserve your project dates. This option allows for a seamless, uninterrupted workflow and prioritized scheduling.

OPTION 2: INSTALLMENT PLAN
$4,700 in 3 installments

To facilitate ease of payment, I’ve prepared an installment plan. Kindly note that payments are not tied to specific project milestones to help prevent delays in execution.

Payment will be divided into four installments:

40% deposit due at booking to reserve your project dates
30% due on the project start date
30% due 14 days after the project start date

Full payment must be received before website ownership is transferred.

Setting Expectations

01 — Project Assets

We require project assets before our project kick-off date. We require that you submit your product photography and other professional photos before we proceed with the website design phase. Any delay in submitting these will cause rescheduling of the project. Note that our rescheduling fee is $250

02 — Timely Feedback

I don’t want us to feel rushed throughout this creative process, so I want to give you at least 2 days to go over my designs. However, if I don’t hear back from you within that time, I’ll be charging a $250 late fee to your invoice. Or if I don’t hear back in 1 week, our project has to be rescheduled. Please inform me ASAP if there is an emergency that would prevent you from giving your feedback on or before the due date.

03 — Revision Rounds

I allow at most 2 rounds of revisions for each project design milestone so we can refine our creative ideas in the most efficient way. Kindly note that each additional round will add a $250 charge to your final bill.

04 — Communication Methods

I will report project progress with you periodically via email so we will have a written record of our communication, files, and revisions. We may schedule video calls for key project milestones as stated on our contract.

05 — Work Hours

I work every Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm PST, so you can expect me to be responsive within those times. I hope we can arrange online meetings within those hours. Let me know what works for you so we can respect each other’s time.
